15 KM BY THE SEA: MY FAVORITE WAY TO DO CARDIO!

The sea, fresh air, my favorite scooter, and kilometers of open road ahead! 🌊

For me, a 15 km ride is more than just a way to spend time outdoors. It’s a great way to stay active, improve endurance, and enjoy every moment. No monotonous routines or gym walls — just movement, beautiful scenery, and the freedom to explore.

I believe you don’t have to spend every day in the gym or force yourself to do exercises you don’t enjoy to stay in good shape. Sometimes, all you need is an active way to get around, an interesting route, and the motivation to get outside. My scooter is a perfect companion for that. It keeps me moving, challenges my endurance, and makes the time fly by.

And when the sea is nearby, the whole experience becomes even better. I can change my surroundings, clear my mind, take in the fresh air, and return home feeling that I’ve made the most of my day. Best of all, it never feels like a chore. It’s simply the pleasure of being active!

How many kilometers do you usually walk or ride in one outing? Do you enjoy long routes or prefer shorter, more intense workouts? Share your experience in the comments!
